Meet the Founders
Janell Ali, Founder & Owner
Janell has 30 years in the beauty industry as a nail technician, she expanded her passion for wellness into the launch of Enerjia. Beyond the spa and wellness world, Janell currently oversees operations for a 20,000 sf commercial building, manages residential rehabs and rentals as part of her family business and has hands-on experience running multi-unit franchise restaurants. Her background in business, real estate , and wellness gives her a unique perspective on creating spaces that promote both beauty and balance. Janell leads the overall operations and strategy development of Enerjia.
Gia Cordaro, Co-Founder & Owner
With 26 years as a licensed esthetician, Gia has dedicated her career to helping clients love what they see in the mirror. Her passion for skin care goes beyond surface level beauty, she believes true wellness starts from within. As a trainer for over a decade and the former Director of Aesthetics at a premier medspa in Chicago for 5 years, she had the privilege of leading and mentoring others in the industry. Recognizing that wellness is more than skin deep, she co -founded Enerjia with the belief that honoring your body through skincare, movement, self care and community is the key to lasting vitality. Enerjia is more than a spa, it’s a space for transformation, where results-driven treatments meet relaxation and restoration. She leads the overall vision, training and strategic direction of EnerJia.
